1. Processing Time:
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and full order details. In the case of special products or preparation (e.g. furniture requiring assembly or custom finishing), processing time may take up to 5–7 business days.
2. Delivery Options & Cost:
• Delivery to the address of your choice.
• Pickup from the nearest Akis Express Courier store.
• Free shipping for orders over €100.
• A flat fee of €4 applies for orders under €100.
3. Dimensions, Packaging & Large Item Shipping:
Furniture and larger decorative items are packaged with great care to avoid any damage during transportation. If an item requires assembly or is shipped in parts, this will be clearly stated in the product description.

All furniture displayed on our website is shown without prices and is available only by custom order.
This means there is no predefined delivery time, as each order is reviewed individually depending on the product and its availability.

4. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment.
5. Delays / Damages / Lost Orders:
In case of unforeseen delays (e.g. weather conditions, strikes, holidays), we will notify you immediately.
If you receive a damaged product or if your order does not arrive, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date), including photos where applicable.
6. Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations:

Order cancellations are possible before shipment — after shipment, additional shipping costs may apply.
7. Shipping Areas / Geographic Restrictions:
We deliver throughout free Cyprus. If your area is considered remote by the courier and involves extra transportation costs, this will be clearly indicated before checkout.
